Butterflies Up Close by Richard R. Powell – A Review

Butterflies Up Close is an excellent beginners’ guide to butterflies, the natural habitats they live in, and their behavior. It is designed for butterflies and is a perfect gift for someone who already knows a lot about butterflies, but is new to thinking about butterflies or having a new pet. It will teach young children about nature by showing them where butterflies are at in the seasons, what they look like, how to identify them, and why you should never feed them caterpillars. By showing young children how butterflies fly around, the young person can learn about insect life through a process called hatching. It explains the different kinds of butterflies that exist in nature, how to identify each kind, and what they eat.

However, the biggest part of the book is the section on butterflies up close. The reason why this is such a good section is that it shows the real nature of butterflies and how you can recognize each kind. For example, there are several types of tiger butterfly, but only one family, the Lepismatidae, of butterflies. Even within a single species, there are several differing appearances. Even if someone tells you that a certain kind of butterfly is rare, if you don’t know the nature of that kind of butterfly, then you probably won’t be able to distinguish one from another.

The best way to really learn about butterflies is to get your hands on a good book on butterflies, like the one in The butterflies of the world by Richard R. Powell. This book explains everything about the butterflies that you would want to know, right down to the nitty-gritty details of each kind’s appearance and habits. It also gives a brief description of each butterfly and some facts about the various environments they live in. If you’ve never seen a butterfly up close before, then you owe it yourself to check out the book and find out.
